Camera operates in the international television market since 1984 and is one of the most important Italian documentaries and reportage distribution companies for national television, a leader in current affair. Since 2005 it has formed a new organization CDI - Camera Distribuzioni Internazionali that has broaden its business towards film and series TV.

Dario Barone, sole director of CDI, has worked in the television business for a long time as a writer, film director and as a producer of documentaries and TV programmes. He has worked in the distribution business since 1994, first with Camera g&p and now with CDI. From March 1999 to May 2003 he has been the President of doc\it:"Associazione dei documentaristi italiani " of which he is one of the founders.

Audiovisual Rights Executive Manager for Mikado Film, Dolmen Home Video and e.MIK (companies owned by De Agostini Group) until June 2007.
Then Head of ‘Domestic TV, New Media & Special Operations’ Sales Department for Mikado Film and Dolmen Home Video and buyer of non-theatrical programmes for Dolmen Home Video until January 2010.
Amos Mattio, Sales and Acquisitions Account Executive for CDI.
From 1998 to 2002 Amos worked as a free lance journalist for German radio stations like WDR and BR. After taking an International Master Degree in Media and Science Technologies, he worked as a Project Manager for ICEnet, Cost Analyst for Wind Infostrada, Finance Controlling and Business Planning for Vodafone and as a Senior in the Regolatory Accounting Department of Sky Italia. In 2007 he went back to press writing and web designing (cheshirecat.it). In 2009 he managed and re-organised the Publishing department of Group-on Italia.
He is a poet and a novel writer, since 2008 he managed the Press Office for La Casa della Poesia of Milan.
